My lawyer has told me to plead guilty, do I have to?

I have had a number of clients who have approached me and asked if they could switch lawyers. When I asked why am I often told that their lawyer has told them that they have to take "the deal" in other words plead guilty.  

I will give you the best legal advice I can and then it is up to YOU whether you plead guilty. If you want your day in court, I as your lawyer am fully prepared to give it to you.
